Welcome, My name is Reem Masri

And I am an NCPS accredited therapist based in Manchester, UK. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but taking that first step is the most important part of getting to a better place.

I offer professional and confidential counselling online via telephone, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Video Call if required.

I am dedicated to creating a confidential and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether your emotions are difficult or uplifting, they are always welcome here.

By helping you explore your thoughts and feelings, and express what’s often left unsaid, real and lasting change can emerge. My therapeutic approach may vary depending on your needs, but I believe that the connection we build together is the foundation of meaningful progress.

I hope that through our work, we can bring relief from emotional distress and foster a sense of healing.

Has loss left you feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward?  Grief is a natural response to loss, and it can take many forms.  I can offer a safe space to explore your feelings and navigate this challenging time.  Together, we can work on developing healthy coping mechanisms and finding ways to honour your loved one while creating space for your own healing journey.

Relationships

Feeling stuck in a relationship pattern that doesn’t serve you?  Understanding your own behaviour and how you interact with others can be incredibly empowering.  I can help you gain self-awareness and explore communication styles to navigate your relationships more effectively.  While I don’t offer couples counselling, I can provide individual support to help you understand your role in your relationships.
